Almond Satay Spread
  • 1/4cup Almond Butter
  • 1-2 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1/2cup cilantro
  • 1medium sized lime, juiced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1teaspoon Sambal Oelek (ground chili paste)
  • 1inch ginger root
  • 1/4cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4cup soy sauce or naked coconuts Soy Sauce Substitute
  • 2tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until creamy smooth. Add filtered water as required to create desired thickness.
