Energizing Lemonade
  • 1cup freshly squeezed lemon juice(approx. 6 lemons), or more for desired taste
  • 1/2cup coconut palm sugar(or coconut nectar or honey)
  • 4cups cold water(filtered)
  • pinch mountain/Himalayan salt
  • ice
  • 1scoop PureFood B(per glass)
  1. Wash lemons then roll them a hard surface until they are soft. This will allow you to get the most juice out of them when squeezing.
  2. Zest 2-3 lemons
  3. Cut all lemons in half and use a fork or reamer to juice into a bowl
  4. Add sugar, lemon zest and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan to make simple syrup. Simmer for approximately 5-minutes, do not boil. Stir frequently to dissolve sugar, remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Strain simple sugar into a pitcher and add cold water, lemon juice and salt. Stir well.
  6. In a pint sized glass, fill glass ¾ full with lemonade, add one serving of PureFood B, stir well, add ice and enjoy.
  7. Enjoy!
On-the-Go Alternative
