Have a baking sheet ready lined with parchment paper.
Skewer each cut banana. Place on baking sheet and put in freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Add crushed hazelnuts, hemp seeds and cacao nibs to a bowl and mix.
Melt chocolate bar(s) in a small stainless steel bowl by steaming the bowl over a pot with boiling water. Bring water to a boil in pot, when steam emits, place bowl with chocolate bar(s) over steam and let melt and mix with a spatula.
Take banana skewers out of the freezer and roll them in melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle hazelnut, hemp seed and cacao nib mixture on each banana skewer.
Place baking sheet place in freezer until chocolate has set. Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to 3-days.
