Cut dates in half and pit them. Scoop almond butter onto each half of date.
Sprinkle cacao nibs, coconut shavings and cinnamon on top of almond butter and then add sliced bananas on top. Sprinkle more cacao, coconut and cinnamon on top of banana slices if desired.
Store these in a glass container and take them on the go! Great for hiking trips, work snacks or post workout bites.
