Ingredients

grapefruit
Peeled and seeded

Orange
juiced (can sub 1/4 - 1/2 cup of good quality orange juice)

Medjool Date, pitted and soaked
(can sub 1 tablespoon of honey or other sweetener)

basil leaves

fresh or frozen raspberries
(can sub strawberries or other desired berry)

filtered water
(add more or less depending on desired thickness)

Banana
(optional but recommended if adding our PureFood Trio or if you’re wanting a sweeter smoothie)

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
Add more water or ice until your desired thickness is reached.
Pour in a glass and add extra ginger, basil leaves or a squirt of lemon juice on top for extra flavour. Enjoy!
