- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (or other whole food sweetener)
- 1 cup Nut mylk ( we recommend almond or hazelnut)

Instructions
If you have a juicer, juice the beets. If not, add beets to a high speed blender with 1 cup of filtered water, blend on high until smooth and then strain.
Add ¼ cup of beet juice, sweetener and vanilla bean powder to a cup.
In a medium saucepan, heat nut mylk on low until hot or to desired temperature. If you wish your mylk to be frothy, use a Aerolatte style whisk while heating up your nut mylk.
Pour heated nut mylk into cup and lightly whisk together.
