Berry Nut Butter Bowl

If you’re craving a classic PB & J sandwich, you might want to make this bowl instead. It’s creamy, nutty and of course delivers a juicy berry taste with every spoonful! Our friend Chloe Elgar from Chloe’s Countertop was kind enough to whip this recipe up for us. So go ahead and nostalgically indulge with this way better than PB & J smoothie bowl.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender (suggested vitamix or blendtec) and blend on high. You will need to use the tamper to mix it all and get it smooth.
  2. Place in a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Suggested toppings: chia seeds, dark chocolate chips (gf, vegan), peanut butter, tahini + desiccated coconut.
