“C”-cret Guacamole

We bet this is the best guacamole recipe you’ll ever make! Trust us, we did the tough job of taste-testing to make sure this guacamole is truly the best. 

We’ve added a special ‘C’-cret ingredient to boost the nutrition that you’d never think to add, either. Blend it up and bring it to your next picnic or make it for Tempeh Taco Tuesday (or every day, really). You won’t regret it.

Ingredients
  • 2-3 ripe avocados (medium sized)
  • 2 freshly squeezed limes or lemons
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems (finely chopped, add more as desired)
  • Dash of cayenne (add more for desired heat)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup green onion (finely chopped, or ¼ cup purple onion)
  • 1/2 tsp mountain/Himalayan salt (or to taste)
  • 1 serving PureFood C (optional)

  • 2 chopped medium tomatoes
  • 1-2 small green chilli pepper (finely chopped)
  • Or whatever you feel inspired to add, pick your adventure

Instructions
  1. Halve and pit avocados and scoop flesh into medium sized bowl, mash with a fork
  2. Stir in lime/lemon juice, cayenne, salt, onion and PureFood C
