Instructions
Night before instructions: Soak buckwheat groats in filtered water overnight.
Night before instructions: In a separate bowl, whisk together chia seeds, banana, cinnamon, ginger and mylk.
Night before instructions: If you do not have fresh fruit available, use frozen and thaw overnight.
In the morning, rinse buckwheat groats really well. When soaked, it will develop a bit of a gelatinous film which you’ll want to rinse off.
Heat up blueberries in a small pot, covered, on medium heat with a 1 tbsp of filtered water for about 5 minutes to make a compote.
Add buckwheat to the chia mylk mix, sprinkle on one scoop of PureFood B. Mix well with whisk. Add to a mason jar or tupperware to go.
Top with blueberry compote.
Top with sunflower and hemp seeds, cacao nibs, fruit and drizzle maple syrup. (If you want to get fancy, you can create layers by alternating buckwheat chia mix with seed, nibs and fruit.)
