Blueberries, frozen or fresh
Lion’s Mane mushroom, powder
Pumpkin, puree (baked pumpkin or canned)
small to medium sized
(Gala or Red Delicious)
soaked (15 minutes) and rinsed
Lime, freshly squeezed
Medjool Date, pitted

for B-Vitamins (known to support brain, nervous system health, energy production)
Vitamin C (rich in vital antioxidants to reduce reduce oxidative stress specific to brain and neuron function (reference #6)
Add all main ingredients into a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
Add in suggested nutritional boosters, add more liquid if required for desired consistency, blend until smooth.
