Vegan Caesar Recipe
Main Ingredients
  • 4cups Organic Vegetable Juice
  • 1tablespoon Vegan WorcestershireOr make your own using the recipe above!
  • 2teaspoons Tabascoor to taste
  • 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1medium sized lemon, juiced
  • 1medium sized lime, juiced
  • 1medium sized celery stick
  • 1/4cup Sauerkraut juice
  • 1pinch Himalayan salt or to taste
  • 1pinch black pepper or to taste
  • 1 1/2tablespoon horseradish root(1 inch zested)
  • 1teaspoon Sauerkraut
  • 1pinch ginger, zested
  • 2cups iceadd more or less based on preference
Optional Nutritional Boosters
  • 1heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
Garnish suggestions
  • 1-2medium sized pieces of celery
  • 1-2medium sized pieces of celery
  • 1-2medium sized green olives
  • 1medium sized wedge of lime
  1. Add all main ingredients, except for the Nutritional Boosters, pepper, salt, horseradish, ginger and sauerkraut to a high-speed blender, blend on high until celery is broken down.
  2. Taste! Adjust spices. Add more worcestershire, tabasco, if desired.
  3. Add in optional nutritional boosters, pepper, salt, horseradish, ginger and sauerkraut. Blend gently.
  4. Add ice to your favourite glass (½ to ¾ full) and fill with caesar blend. Add garnish, if desired.
  5. Bottoms up! Enjoy. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
