Ingredients
  • 1 Cubed butternut squash (medium sized)
  • 1Tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4Teaspoon cayenne
  • 1Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • Himalayan salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Peel and cube butternut squash, add to rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Lightly melt coconut oil in a small pot, add cinnamon, cayenne, salt and maple syrup.
  4. Pour sauce over butternut squash and toss to coat, spread squash out evenly on tray.
  5. Bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring halfway though. Cooking time will depend on how full your baking sheet is as well how large of squash is cubed.
