Ingredients

Cubed butternut squash (medium sized)

Tablespoon
Coconut oil
1/2
Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon
1/4
Teaspoon
cayenne
1
Tablespoon
maple syrup or honey
Himalayan salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel and cube butternut squash, add to rimmed baking sheet.
Lightly melt coconut oil in a small pot, add cinnamon, cayenne, salt and maple syrup.
Pour sauce over butternut squash and toss to coat, spread squash out evenly on tray.
Bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring halfway though. Cooking time will depend on how full your baking sheet is as well how large of squash is cubed.
