Chocolate Smoothie – Fudge Crinkle Cranberry Pecan

  • 1/4cup Cranberries, fresh
  • 1/2cup Pecanssoaked for 15 minutes and rinsed well
  • 1/2cup Coconut Mylk
  • 1.5cups Water, filtered
  • 1/4piece Avocado, ripe
  • 1/2tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2tbsp Cacao, raw
  • 1/2tsp Vanillarecommend organic powder
  • 1-2whole Medjool Dates, pittedsoaked for 5 min OR use 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or your fave whole food sweetener
  • 1tsp coconut flakesfor the ‘Crinkle’ on top

  • 1-2tbsp PureFood A-Zfoundational essential vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients from organic whole food
  • 1scoop PureFood Bessential B-Vitamins to support brain health, energy product and adrenal health to manage stress

Garnish (Optional)
  • 1tbsp Pecans, crushed
  • 1tsp coconut flakes
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth before adding nutritional boosters.
  2. Add nutritional boosters and additional liquid, if required for desired thickness. Blend gently until smooth.
  3. Pour into your favourite cup/mug/glass, garnish (optional) and add in your stainless steel straw, if you’ve got one. If note, check out our accessories.
