Ingredients
Main ingredients
  • 1/2medium sized Banana
  • 1cup Frozen strawberriescan sub other berries or frozen fruit
  • 1teaspoon maca powder
  • 2tabelspoons flax
  • 1/2-1 cup Coconut Milkadd more or less based on desired consistency
  • 1/2-1cup filtered wateradd more or less based on desired consistency
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
Optional Nutritional Boosters
  • 1sachet Pranin Organic’s Raw Cacao – Revive + Rebuild Smoothie BoosterCan sub in 1 heaping teaspoon of PureFood Women’s A to Z or the traditional A to Z
Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add optional Nutritional Boosters, blend gently.
  3. Serve in your favourite glass, mug or to-go cup.
  4. Bottoms up! Enjoy. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
