Energizing turmeric smoothie

  • 1-2cups non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1cup berries, bananasor other fruits
  • 1cup baby greens
  • 1/4medium sized Avocadoor sub 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2-1teaspoon turmericfreshly grated or organic powder

  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
  • 1scoop PureFood Iron*Only add if you are anemic or iron deficient
Optional energy enhancing herbs
  • 1/4-1/2teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2″knob Fresh Ginger
  • 1tablespoon raw cacao powder
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in filtered water for desired thickness/consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness based on your desired taste by adding in maple syrup or dates.
