Ingredients
  • 1/2bunch Mint leaves
  • 1/2-1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 of a Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2of a Banana
  • 1/2cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1/4of a Yam (baked)
  • 1/2cup Collard greens (lightly steamed)
  • 1tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4cup Coconut shavings
  • 1tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1heaping teaspoon PureFood Women’s A to ZCan sub tradition A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood Iron
  • 2cups filtered water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in high speed blender, and blend until mixture is smooth.
