Ingredients
  • 1cup Nut mylk
  • 1.5cups butternut squash(diced, cooked and cooled or frozen)
  • 1Medium apple(Gala, Honeycrisp or Red Delicious), sliced
  • 1Medium carrotdiced
  • 1/4Inch ginger
  • 1Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4tsp Cardamom, ground
  • 1Dash Black Pepper
  • 1Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1Tbsp Coconut shavings
  • 1/2tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1tsp maple syrup(or one medjool date, pitted)
Nutritional Boosters
  • 2tsp PureFood A to ZFoundational Nutritional Booster with 120% of Vitamin D
  • 1scoop PureFood Benergizing essential B Vitamins
  • 1scoop PureFood CImmune support
Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients, except for nutritional boosters to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if required.
  3. Add to your favourite glass, mug or to-go vessel or get creative and make a smoothie bowl.
