Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Walnutscrushed
  • 2tsp PureFood A to Z or Women’s A to Z
  • 1/2cup Almond Butter
  • 1Tbsp honeyor other liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4cup Oats
  • 2Tbsp Hemp Seeds(optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing with hands.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls. Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
