  • 1cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1tbsp Nut butterIE: almond, cashew, or coconut
  • 1tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1scoop PureFood Iron
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 1teaspoon Women’s A to ZCan sub traditional A to Z
Instructions
