Hydrating Strawberry Basil Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4cup Coconut Water
  • 1tablespoon fresh lime juiceapprox 1 lime, juiced
  • 3tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 5-10medium sized basil leaves
  • 1cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1serving of your favorite Pranin Purefood product/s: A-Z, B, C, Iron
Instructions
  1. Add all liquid ingredients first to the blender
  2. Next, add in greens, seeds, berries and powders
  3. Blend on high power for 1 minute, or until well combined
  4. Pour into a tall glass, and enjoy!
