Ingredients
  • 2inches Cucumbersliced
  • 1/2medium sized Lemonsliced
  • 6 cilantro sprigsadd more if desired
  • 1litre filtered water
Instructions
  1. In a 1 litre glass jar/jug, muddle cilantro with a wooden spoon (crushing leafy herbs will help release their flavour)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let infuse at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then place in fridge or let cool in fridge for 4 hours.
  3. Remove lemon so it doesn’t become bitter. Add ice if desired, enjoy!
