Ingredients
Core iron boosting ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 medium sized blood orange rind removed
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 medium sized Medjool date pitted
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop PureFood Iron Add in during step 3
Additional nutritional support
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C

Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste! Add another medjool date for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
  3. Add in additional Nutritional Boosters, blend gently and enjoy immediately for the most nutritional impact/benefit.
  4. Bottoms up! Enjoy.
