Ingredients

  • 1/2cup Baby Spinach
  • 1medium sized blood orangerind removed
  • 1/2cup raspberriesfresh or frozen
  • 1/2cup pomegranatejuice
  • 1/2cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1medium sized Medjool datepitted
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1scoop PureFood IronAdd in during step 3
Additional nutritional support
  • 1heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste! Add another medjool date for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
