Blackberry coconut kefir smoothie
Main Ingredients
  • 1/2cup blackberriesfresh or frozen
  • 1/2cup blueberriesfresh or frozen
  • 2cups vanilla almond or coconut milk
  • 2cubes of iceomit ice if using frozen berries
  • 2tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 1tablespoon coconut kefir(I use the cultured coconut – optional)
  • 1tablespoon maple syrupor sweetener of choice (optional)
Optional Nutritional Boosters
  • 1packet Raw Cacao Smoothie Booster
Optional toppings
  • 1handful fresh berries
  • 1teaspoon dairy free yogurt
  • 1teaspoon Cacao Nibs
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add optional nutritional booster, blend.
  2. Pour into your fave glass, add optional toppings & enjoy the taste and health benefits!
