Lavender Lemon Zest Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 medium sized Avocado
  • 1/2 medium sized Banana
  • 1 medium sized Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • 1 medium sized Lemon, zested and then juiced (use 1 tbsp of juice)

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Add a tiny bit more filtered water for desired thickness.
