Love up your liver smoothie
Ingredients
Main ingredients
  • 1-2cups non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1medium sized Banana
  • 1cup baby greens mix
  • 1/4-1/2cup raw beetshredded
  • 1/4cup dandelion root teachilled
  • 1-2inches fresh burdock rootshave bark off
  • 1/4medium sized Avocado
Additional medicinal herbs (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 inchknob of fresh ginger
  • 1tablespoon raw cacao powder
Nutritional Booster Powders
  • 1 heapingteaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
  • 1scoop PureFood Iron(only add this mineral boosting powder if you are anemic or iron deficient)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in filtered water for desired consistency and adjust sweetness based on your taste.
