Ooh la la! The history of this delicious drink, traditionally served hot is unclear but it is said it was originally created in Vancouver, BC, our hometown! We’ve used this traditionally served hot drink as inspiration to create a cold and nutrition drink to enjoy anytime of year.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Earl Grey Tea loose leaf, brewed really strong
- 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 cup Nut mylk almond or coconut
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean powder or extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon true cinnamon, if possible
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 pinch Himalayan Salt
- 2 Medjool Dates pitted, or sub 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Nutritional Boosters
- 1 tsp PureFood A to Z or Women’s A to Z
- 1 scoop PureFood B
- 1 scoop PureFood C
Optional Garnishes
- 1 dollop Coconut Whipped Cream
- Sprinkle Cacao powder

Instructions
Brew up some Earl Grey tea, loose leaf, make it strong and let cool (or add a few cubes of ice to quicken the cooling).
Add all main ingredients in a high speed blender, except nutritional boosters, blend until smooth.
Add in nutritional boosters, blend gently.
