London Fog Smoothie
  • 1cup Earl Grey Tealoose leaf, brewed really strong
  • 1/2cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 cup Nut mylkalmond or coconut
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Bean powder or extract
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamontrue cinnamon, if possible
  • 1tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Medjool Datespitted, or sub 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1cup ice
Nutritional Boosters
  • 1tsp PureFood A to Z or Women’s A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
Optional Garnishes
  • 1dollop Coconut Whipped Cream
  • Sprinkle Cacao powder
  1. Brew up some Earl Grey tea, loose leaf, make it strong and let cool (or add a few cubes of ice to quicken the cooling).
  2. Add all main ingredients in a high speed blender, except nutritional boosters, blend until smooth.
  3. Add in nutritional boosters, blend gently.
  4. Bottoms up! Enjoy.
  5. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
