  • 1/4 cup almonds soaked overnight & rinsed well
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 2-3 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar unpasteurized
Essential Nutritional Boosters
  • 2 tsp Women's PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C

Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in Nutritional Boosters, lightly blend to combine.
  3. Add additional filtered water if necessary to achieve desired thickness. To get the most nutritional impact, enjoy immediately.
