  • 1/2cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4cup almondssoaked overnight & rinsed well
  • 2Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Medjool datepitted
  • 2-3cups filtered water
  • 1tsp Apple cider vinegarunpasteurized
Essential Nutritional Boosters
  • 2tsp Women’s PureFood A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in Nutritional Boosters, lightly blend to combine.
  3. Add additional filtered water if necessary to achieve desired thickness. To get the most nutritional impact, enjoy immediately.
