  • 1/4cup Fresh sliced ginger(use half the amount if leaving in the fridge overnight)
  • 2cups Steeped, chilled organic tea of choice(We used Numi’s Green Tea)
  • 1scoop PureFood C
  • 1/2cup ½ cup-1 cup of ice cubes (Try freezing mint leaves in the cubes for added flavour and color!)
  • 2tablespoons Date syrup or maple syrupoptional
  • Mint leavesoptional
  • Lemonoptional
