natural sleep remedy
Ingredients
  • 1tea bag Passion Flower
  • 1tea bag Chamomile
  • 1tea bag Lavender
  • 3cups filtered water
  • 1ounce Tart Cherry
  • 1/4cup Almond MylkRecipe link in our bio
Instructions
  1. Boil water and steep tea for 3-5 minutes
  2. Remove tea bags and add tea to a blender
  3. Add tart cherry and almond mylk
  4. Blend on high for 20 seconds
  5. Enjoy, and sleep well!
