Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2lime juiced
  • 1medium sized Banana
  • 1/2medium sized Apple (Ambrosia or Gala)
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/4cup hemp hearts
  • 1teaspoon chia
  • 1/4cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2cup Coconut Water or Filtered Water
  • 1/4cup Coconut, shredded
  • 1scoop PureFood B
