  • 3 slices of orange
  • 1 tablespoon hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 litre filtered water

Instructions
  1. If desired, use a tea infuser or cheesecloth for hibiscus. Place all ingredients in a 1 litre glass jar/jug, infuse for 1 hour at room temperature, then place in fridge or let cool for 4 hours in fridge.
  2. Add ice if desired, enjoy!
