Pomegranate & Greens Strawberry Smoothie

Not only are pomegranate seeds, or arils, beautiful, but they’re loaded with antioxidants, a good source of fibre and contain vitamins A, C, some B vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium and iron. This green smoothie (that won’t taste green) is paired with spinach, banana, strawberries, and, of course, pomegranate.

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Strawberries (Frozen or fresh*)
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate arils
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 serving each of your favorite Pranin Purefood product/s: A-Z, B, C, Iron
  • 1 Medjool Date, pitted optional, if needed for additional sweetness.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Adjust the thickness by adding in more water or almond milk as needed.
