  • 1/2cup strawberries
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1cup Almond milkplain, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2cup Spinach
  • 1small piece Fresh Ginger
  • 1-2Tbsp PureFood A to Zor Women’s PureFood A to Z
  • 1/2cup Rolled oatsOptional, add if workout is longer than 1 hour
  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
