Ingredients
  • 1/4cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 1/4cup Walnutsprotein
  • 1/4cup Hemp Seedsomegas + protein
  • 1/4medium sized Avocadohealth fat
  • 1/2medium sized Banana, frozen
  • 1teaspoon Chia Seedsfor fibre
  • 1tablespoon raw cacao powder(magnesium, antioxidants)
  • 1nub turmericant-inflammatory
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 1cup Coconut Wateryoung coconut recommended
  • 1teaspoon Olive Oil, Virgin cold pressed
  • 1splash Apple cider vinegar
  • 2cups filtered water

  • 1heaping teaspon Women’s PureFood A to Zcan sub traditional A to Z
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
  • 1scoop PureFood IronRecommended for those who are iron deficient or anemic
Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste! Add more maple syrup for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
  3. Add in Nutritional Boosters, blend gently and enjoy immediately for the most nutritional impact/benefit. Bottoms up!
