  • 1cup berriesfresh or frozen
  • 1cup baby greens
  • 1-2cups filtered water
  • 1/4cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1cup echinacea teabrewed and chilled
  • 1/2medium sized Lemonjuiced
Additional glowing herbs (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2-1teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 inchknob Fresh Ginger
Nutritional Boosters (optional)
  • 1scoop PureFood B
  • 1scoop PureFood C
Optional sweeteners
  • 1pitted Medjool date
  • 1teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in more filtered water for desired thickness/consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness based on your desired taste.
  4. Enjoy in the morning for 7 days straight for a week long glowing reset.
