  • 4slices zucchinicooked then frozen
  • 1knob gingeruse more or less for desired taste
  • 1medium sized slice of lemonpeel on
  • 1tablespoon Coconut oilunrefined, cold processed & organic. We recommend Naked Coconuts!
  • 1/2teaspoon reishi
  • 1-2 cups wateruse more or less to get desired consistency
