Chocolate Berry Smoothie - Perfect for kids!

This smoothie recipe is for kids of all ages. It’s even perfect for the kid inside all of us! Keeping a smoothie deliciously simple and smooth is likely the best way to make sure the whole family adopts the nutritional benefits of what a well-balanced smoothie has to offer.

Overcomplicating it and making it too thick or with too much texture might turn off the little ones or those that might be fussy eaters.

Choosing ingredients that your family loves on its own as whole foods is probably a safe bet! Feel free to swap the fruit out in this recipe to the ones you know your family loves.

Our PureFood A to Z nutritional booster is a great multivitamin packed with nutrient dense organic fruits and veggies that the whole family can benefit from! Throwing this powder in your family’s morning smoothie will help everyone optimize their health and gain the energy to start the day off on the right foot. Don’t worry, it’ll blend up nicely in any smoothie recipe for kids to seniors and not take over the main flavour. It’s a great way to sneak in a lot of fruits and veggies that everyone needs daily to stay healthy and strong. Now, who doesn’t want that?
