Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Mango frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Coconut Mylk
- 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 medium sized Medjool date
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 cup ice (only if using fresh mango)
Optional (to kick up nutrient content)
- 1 teaspoon PureFood trio OR 1 Balance + Glow Berry Banana Smoothie Booster to gain all your essential vitamins and minerals

Instructions
Add all main ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid for desired thickness. Add in optional ingredients blend on low until mixed and enjoy!
