1/2cupcoconut palm sugar(or another whole organic sugar or honey)
1sachetBerry Banana Smoothie Booster(30g)
Dissolve sugar in ½ cup of water. In a small saucepan, simmer sugar and water for 5 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Set aside. (This simple syrup will allow your popsicles to be velvety versus icy.)
Combine berries and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Add simple syrup, Super Berry Smoothie Booster and blend until combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze until solid (approx. 4-6 hours). Depending on mold, this recipe will make 8-10 popsicles.
