Supreme Sport Hydration Tonic

Keep it majorly minimal with this 3 ingredient post-workout tonic.   • 1/4 teaspoon mountain/Himalayan salt
  • 1 pint filtered water
  • 1 scoop PureFood B optional
Optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Sugar Add if you would like a sweeter drink!

Instructions
  1. Shake/stir lemon juice and salt in water. Add more of either ingredient for desired taste.
  2. Add ice if desired, and enjoy after any kind of workout!
