Supreme Sport Hydration Tonic
Ingredients
  • 1/2-1juiced Lemonsqueezed
  • 1/4teaspoon mountain/Himalayan salt
  • 1pint filtered water
  • 1scoop PureFood Boptional
Optional
  • 1/2teaspoon Coconut SugarAdd if you would like a sweeter drink!
Instructions
  1. Shake/stir lemon juice and salt in water. Add more of either ingredient for desired taste.
  2. Add ice if desired, and enjoy after any kind of workout!
