Anti Inflammatory Smoothie
Main ingredients:
  • 1medium sized Bananaripe
  • 1.5 cups nut milk
  • 1/2cup Chaga Mushroom tea, cooled
  • 2tablespoons Almond butter or other nut butter
  • 2tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1inch Fresh turmeric
  • 1inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1pinch Cardmomn
  • 1pinch Black Pepper
  • 1tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1-2medium sized Medjool Datespitted
  • 1teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1-2cups ice
