Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
or sub Coconut Aminos for a soy free version

Organic Tamarind Paste

cup
Apple cider vinegar
1
pinch
Black Pepper
1
teaspoon
maple syrup
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1
clove
of garlic
1
pinch
ceyenne
1
splash
filtered water
Instructions
Add all ingredient to a blender, blend until smooth. Add more filtered water if required. A little at a time so it’s not watered down.
Store in a mason jar or glass container.
