Instructions
Prepare Wild Chaga mushroom tea by decocting 2 tsp of tea cuts into 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil and then quickly bring to a simmer with a lid on your pot for min 10 minutes.
Strain and let cool. You can make bigger batches and store in a glass container in the fridge for up to three days and add to smoothies or drink it straight up. 1-2 teaspoons is recommended for each serving.
Chaga tea cuts can be re-brewed several times until they lose color.
In a high speed blender, blend cucumber with cooled wild chaga mushroom tea. If still hot, add some ice. It should be at room temperature or a bit cooler.
Add lemon, salt, maple syrup and PureFood A to Z to blender and lightly combine.
