  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Mylk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut shavings
  • 1/2 medium sized Banana
  • 1/2 medium sized apple Gala, Braeburn
  • 1/4 inch ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup hemp
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 medium sized Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon nut meg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 cup filtered water
Optional Nutritional Booster(s):
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
  3. Inspiration: Make it into a smoothie bowl and add your favourite toppings like sliced mandarin oranges, cacao nibs, persimmons, etc.
