We like to keep our ingredients naked, so it’s not surprising we named this frothy refreshment after Vancouver’s notoriously nude beach. Whether you’re getting nourished up for your next workout, or on your way to skinny dip, fuel your advantageous self and get wrecked.

  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Milk/Cream
  • 2 1/2 cups Coconut Water or Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Apple (Ambrosia or Gala)
  • 1/4 Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 lime squeezed
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
