Apple Cider Probiotic Smoothie

This sweet and spicy autumn smoothie doesn’t just taste great, it’s full of super powers!? Probiotics are very important as they aid in digestion and help keep your gut bacteria (microbiome) balanced. If you’re mindful of your gut (digestive) health, you’ll be able to absorb more nutrients, maintain a healthy body weight and build up your immune system.

Apple cider vinegar is a powerful probiotic. It helps lower blood sugar, kill pathogens and good quality brands even contain amino acids and antioxidants! Always buy raw and unpasteurized Apple Cider vinegar. It might sound weird to put this in your smoothie, but it actually enhances the flavour and of course, the nutritional content! 🙂
